2 Wheat tortillas
150 gr Jarlsberg Original or Jarlsberg Special Reserve, sliced
150 gr Bacon, fried
Ingredients for Salsa Fresco
2 Tomatoes
1 Shallot
½ Garlic clove
½ Chilli, stones removed
2 tbls Fresh coriander
Juice from 1 Lime
Salt and pepper to taste
