RECIPES>> Jarlsberg Gratinated Potato and Courgette
| Try this easy dish by itself or to accompany any fish or meat course.

Ingredients
0.5 - 1 potato (depending on the size)
1/4 courgette
2 tlbs Dairy butter
50 gr grated Jarlsberg
Fresh or dried thyme to taste |

Method
1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Wash and cut the potatoes and courgettes into thin slices. You can use potato on its own if you have no courgette.
Arrange the slices of potato and courgette in rings on an ovenproof plate. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese and thyme.
3. Bake for approx. 15 minutes and serve as a starter or snack for lunch.
