JARLSBERG RECIPES >> Jarlsberg and Mushroom Mini Pizza

This mini pizza recipe was created by Master Chef Frank Baer.

12 servings

Ingredients for base
9 cups flour
3 cups cold water
1 package dried yeast
1 cup olive oil
1 ts sugar

 

Ingredients for tomato sauce
400 gr canned tomatoes
1 tbls olive oil
1 clove garlic

Topping
3 cups black olives
1 can artishoc hearts
4 cups sliced mushrooms
500 gr grated Jarlsberg.

Serve with
1 cup olive oil and 4 tbls Balsamico vinegar.

How to do
Pizza dough; mix water with olive oil and flour, then sugar and yeast in a big bowl to make a smooth dough. Let the dough raise to dobble size in a warm place. Approx 30 min. Knead and roll into 12 pieces , flaten them out with a rolling pin.

Make the tomato sauce by mixing all ingredients together.

Divide the sauce on each mini pizza and garnish with the grated Jarlsberg first, then the mushrooms. Bake at high temp 300 degree C. for 3 min.

Top with black olives and artishocs and serve with some drops olive oil and Balsamico vinegar.
